Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final for change of mind. However, if your size isn't right, you're eligible for one size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery. You cover the return postage, and we cover the cost of shipping your replacement size back to you. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email Eleusa@eleusa.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you under the Australian Consumer Law. For hygiene reasons we cannot restock used or worn items.
