Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit preference. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at orthofacts1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept any used or worn items back into stock.
