The right size makes all the difference with shapewear — snug enough to sculpt, comfortable enough to wear all day. Use this guide to find your best fit.
How to Measure
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feet together.
Use a soft measuring tape over underwear or thin clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Fit Tips
- Between sizes? Size up. Shapewear that's too small won't sculpt better — it will just be uncomfortable and can create bulges where the garment ends.
- Never size down for extra compression. Our pieces are engineered to sculpt at your true size.
- Postpartum? Choose based on your current measurements, not your pre-pregnancy size — your body deserves comfort while it recovers.
