Size Guide

The right size makes all the difference with shapewear — snug enough to sculpt, comfortable enough to wear all day. Use your body measurements below to find your best fit.

How to Measure

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feet together.

Use a soft measuring tape over thin clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Fit Tips

  • Between sizes? Size up. Shapewear that's too small won't sculpt better — it will just be uncomfortable and can create bulges where the garment ends.
  • Never size down for extra compression. Our pieces are engineered to sculpt at your true size.
  • Postpartum? Choose based on your current measurements, not your pre-pregnancy size. Your body deserves comfort while it recovers.
