How much is shipping?
Free tracked shipping worldwide, on every order. No minimums.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery is 4–11 business days to Australia and most countries, counted from the day you order, with tracking on every parcel. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, with free tracked delivery. Orders within Australia aren't charged import duties; for other countries, any local duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size?
Measure your bust, waist and hips, then match them to our Size Guide. If a product has its own chart on the product page, follow that one.
Should I size down for more compression?
No. Our pieces are engineered to sculpt at your true size. Sizing down makes shapewear uncomfortable and can create bulges where the garment ends.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up for all-day comfort. You'll still get the smoothing and support the piece is designed for.
Returns & Refunds
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund, or exchange for another size or style. Worn it and changed your mind? That's fine — just send it back clean within 30 days. Email us your order number and we'll send the return address. You cover return postage; we cover postage on any replacement. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us a photo and your order number as soon as you notice and we'll replace or refund it in full, including return postage. There's no time limit on faulty items under Australian Consumer Law.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout; we never see or store your card details.
Product & Care
How do I care for my shapewear?
Cold hand wash with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid tumble drying, bleach and fabric softener. Heat breaks down elastane fibres and reduces sculpting power over time.
Can I wear shapewear every day?
Yes. In your correct size, our pieces are designed for all-day comfort. Many women rotate two or three favourites through the week.
