How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes an estimated 7–15 business days within Australia, or 10–25 business days internationally. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes. International delivery is estimated at 10–25 business days. Any customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size?
Measure your waist and hips, then match them to our Size Guide. If a product has its own chart on the product page, follow that one.
Should I size down for more compression?
No — our pieces are engineered to sculpt at your true size. Sizing down just makes shapewear uncomfortable and can create bulges where the garment ends.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up for all-day comfort. You'll still get the smoothing and support the piece is designed for.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange if it doesn't fit?
Because shapewear is intimate apparel, all sales are final for hygiene reasons — so please check the Size Guide carefully before ordering. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Product & Care
How do I care for my shapewear?
Cold hand wash with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid tumble drying, bleach and fabric softener — heat breaks down elastane fibres and reduces sculpting power over time.
Can I wear shapewear every day?
Yes — when it's your correct size, our pieces are designed for all-day comfort. Many customers rotate two or three favourites through the week.
