Every Eleusa order ships with tracked delivery. Here's what to expect from checkout to your door.
Shipping Costs
Free tracked shipping worldwide, on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Estimated Delivery
4–11 business days to Australia and most countries worldwide, counted from the day you order. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed; customs processing, carrier delays or weather can occasionally extend them.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel the whole way. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders delivered within Australia under $1,000 are not charged import duties. For other countries, any local duties or taxes are set by your government and are the customer's responsibility.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email Eleusa@eleusa.co and we'll chase it down for you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
