Every Eleusa order is carefully processed and shipped with tracking. Here's what to expect from checkout to your door.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During launches, promotions or holiday periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and don't include processing time. Estimates aren't guaranteed — customs processing, carrier delays or weather can occasionally extend delivery windows.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Any fees are shown clearly before you pay.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the product price or shipping cost.
