Returns & Refunds

Because shapewear is intimate apparel, we handle returns a little differently than other stores. Please read this before ordering — and check our Size Guide to make sure you choose the right fit the first time.

Final Sale — Hygiene First

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or fit preference, and we can never restock items that have been worn or used.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • With a manufacturing fault
  • Different from what you ordered (wrong item, size or colour shipped)

Email nickolas.kasselouris08@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to a remedy — a repair, replacement or refund depending on the failure.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Sizing questions? We'd rather help you before you buy than have you stuck with the wrong size. Check the Size Guide, or email us with your measurements — we're happy to recommend a fit.
